We love our view of Puget Sound and the Olympic mountains, the sunsets are absolutely stunning. Until this past year, we were able to see the 4th of July fireworks (which were cancelled due to loss of sponsorship). If you are a people watcher, there is lots to watch including the State Ferries, Sail Boats, Victoria Clipper, planes on trains etc.Love the fact we are close to 99 and I-5 by going straight up Mercer street
Mertal Edwards Park (I would check spelling) is convenient for walking, running, roller blading or just sitting on the grass reading a book.
