You know, when we first decided to buy this home . . .
We had a vsion in our mind of our kid running around the neighborhood with the other kids - something we couldn't have in LA. When we saw the cul-de-sac and play structure, we knew we could have that there. Then we saw the details of the house and felt that it was head and shoulders above the homes we saw in other planned communities. It had a lot of personality. Toured today and found the home to be very cozy and cheery. Should sell quickly as it is priced competitively and shows well.
